Want your own Personal FitCamp? 

You can get your own Fitness Boot Camp program customized for your fitness goals.  You will do the same workouts as our San Diego FitCamp™ at your home, gym or a nearby park or school.  We will
customize your plan to your workout equipment and whether you workout indoors or outdoors.

Our 12-week program is the same cost as one personal training session (Less than $1 per day).  You can lose 15-20 lbs. in 90 days.

You will experience some of the best and most effective workouts you've ever done & burn 500-700 calories per workout and up to 2500 calories per week.  No matter what your fitness level or ability, you can do these workouts

Each program includes:

  1. Twenty (20) personalized FitCamp camp workout plans (click here for a sample workout)
  2. Hundreds of healthy and nutritious recipes
  3. Access to our FitCamp Newslette

You'll receive individualized workout plan in which we (along with your feedback) monitor your progress and make the necessary changes each week!
