FitCamp personal training is available in San Diego, CA.  Specializing in 1-on-1 or 2Fit indoor or outdoor FitCamp workouts, a dynamic physical training program designed for both women and men of all fitness levels.  Our workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, stretching, core and abdominal training all in one fast-paced inclusive and effective workout.  You'll experience some of the best and hardest workouts you've ever done and leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and burn 300-500 calories per workout and up to 900-1500 calories per week.

Remember, no one's born knowing the right way to work out.  Your personal fitness goals become realities when you work with a personal trainer.  Through your trainer you'll gain the knowledge, motivation, and confidence you need to achieve your fitness goals.

If you're really interested in losing fat and toning your muscles quickly and effectively these are the best workouts you'll ever experience.  We've been doing these types of workouts with our clients for the past 7 years with great results.

We bring all you need for a great workout; resistance bands, medicine balls, balance discs, obstacles, cones, and more.  Your fitness goals will become realities in a much faster time than regular weight-training or aerobic classes can ever hope to achieve. 

Included in your FitCamp personal training programs is a complete and customized nutrition program.  We eliminate your guesswork on what foods to eat, quantity, when to eat, etc.  You just need to follow the plan and we adjust it each week based on your results and food likes / dislikes.

Also included is body fat testing to measure your results based on body fat lost and lean muscle weight gained.  We usually test every 2 weeks of training.

1-on-1 FitCamp - train at your home, gym2 or nearby park...no equipment needed. FIRST SESSION FREE! ($55-65 / session1)

2FIT - FitCamp for 2 - keeping up with a fitness program is a lot easier when you have a friend, neighbor or spouse who is committed to doing the same. FIRST SESSION FREE! ($30-40 ea / session1)
